The Gaztea Sariak 2026 awards ceremony was held on March 5th at the Euskalduna Hall in Bilbao.
Gorka Urbizu was nominated in two categories and won both awards:
–BEST SONG (Zilarra)
–BEST LIVE PERFORMANCE
Gorka also performed his music live, playing alongside Merina Gris (‘Tesla Bat Sutan’, a song they co-wrote and which was released in September 2025) and performing ‘Zilarra’ itself, this time acoustically and with the invaluable collaboration of Areta Senosiain from Ibil Bedi on violins and backing vocals.
